hi, all. my son is 7 and iv now been told he cant have lots of foods. Wheat, dairy, soya, egg, nuts, and fish. I need help with what to feed him!!! i cant find any cook books without all these foods taken out. also the free from range food is not that good as it contains one or more of the foods he cant have!! he on lots of medicines and has an epi pen. iv hed to fight for him to have these teasts done with our GP as she said these tests cost too much!!!! ta for your help if you can help!! :)

We do have some allergy free books that are available through Amazon:

We also have a recipe section on the forum, these have been produced by people that have allergies and have adapted or made their own recipes. You may find some of these of use to you.
It would also be advisable to subscribe to our food alert service. You would be notified by email if any foods are mislabelled or cross contaminated with your childs allergens. You can subscribe at any time and your details are not passed to any other 3rd party. ... ood-alerts
