Hi everyone, I have just been diagnosed with food/exercise anaphylaxis. Unfortunately I'm not sure if there is a specific food that causes the problem for me at the moment, so for the time being I am not able to do any type of exercise for 2 or 3 hours before or after any food.
Is there anyone else on here that has this?? I am a 53 year old female - evidently have had this all my life but it has only caused me a problem 3 times in the last 2 years. The last time back in June 2016 being the most serious. I currenly carry my two epi pens with me and take one anti-histermine each day to help control it. I feel totally exhausted all the time, does anyone else feel like this??

Hiya! I have this too and I know how annoying it is!! For me it's any food before exercise that sets off my symptoms and it's so irritating! I'm on 20mg certirazine three times a day and Montylucast 10mg at night .... helps but I still get symptoms

I get the whole exhausted thing! Antihistamine makes you feel sluggish!
